Best played on a physical keyboard.

Your letters are hidden on purpose. Type the whole phrase; it is checked when you reach its end, or press Enter. Esc pauses.

How to play Blind Typing

  1. Press Start. A phrase appears; read it carefully.
  2. Type it. Your letters are hidden — you only see dots. When you reach the end of the phrase it is revealed letter by letter, green for right and red for wrong.
  3. Play for 90 seconds. Rounds with at least 90% accuracy build your streak and bonus points.

Tips for typing without looking

  • Keep your eyes on the phrase, never on the keyboard, and let your fingers return to the home row after every key.
  • Slow down a little at first: accuracy matters more than speed here, and speed follows.

Blind Typing — questions and answers

What is Blind Typing for?

It trains you not to depend on seeing what you type. That is the core of touch typing: your fingers know the keys, so your eyes stay on the text.

Can I fix a mistake while typing?

You can use Backspace, but since you cannot see your letters you have to keep count. Pressing Enter ends the round early.
